Scope & pricing
Design fees depend on building area, the number of floors, layout complexity, drawing detail and the number of exterior views. A single floor plan, an elevation study and a coordinated drawing package have different deliverables. Share the plot dimensions, orientation, exact location, proposed floors and budget priorities for a scoped quotation. Confirm revision rounds and whether surveys, structural work or approval assistance are separate.
Road width, site dimensions and the proposed building use affect planning. Setbacks, permitted development and any location-specific restrictions must be checked for the property through the applicable approval process. A 3D image shows appearance; it is not an approved plan or a structural drawing.
